At Ace Sure Inspection Services, we believe that being a responsible business means more than delivering excellent quality assurance services to our clients. It means recognising that we operate in an increasingly interconnected world — one where the decisions we make as a company have a meaningful impact not just on our clients’ supply chains, but on the communities and society around us.
As a purpose-driven company, we are committed to being there for people in the moments that matter — not only in the way we do business, but also beyond it. We understand that as a global organisation with clients from across the world and operations in India, we have both the opportunity and the responsibility to contribute positively to the society in which we operate. This commitment is not a marketing position — it is a genuine, active part of who Ace Sure is as a company.
Our CSR programme is built on the belief that sustainable business success and meaningful social contribution are not in conflict — they are mutually reinforcing. Companies that invest in their communities build stronger foundations for long-term growth, attract values-aligned partners and clients, and contribute to a world that is better for everyone. At Ace Sure, we are proud to play our part in building that world.
Ace Sure’s primary CSR initiative is our ongoing partnership with Meals of Happiness (MOH) — a registered non-profit organisation dedicated to fighting hunger and food insecurity across India by serving nutritious food and distributing essential basic necessities to the country’s most vulnerable communities.
Meals of Happiness was founded on a simple but profoundly important mission: to ensure that no one in India goes to sleep on an empty stomach. Food is the most fundamental human need — and yet India has the largest number of food-insecure people of any country in the world. Meals of Happiness confronts this crisis directly and practically, through community kitchens, dry ration distribution, monetary donation programmes, and in-kind support for individuals and families who cannot afford adequate nutrition.
During the COVID-19 pandemic alone, Meals of Happiness served over 2,000,000 hot meals and distributed ration kits to families across the country — a tangible demonstration of the organisation’s scale, operational capacity, and commitment to showing up in the moments when vulnerable communities need help most. Their work has been recognised by the Government of India and by community leaders from around the world for making a measurable, genuine difference to the lives of India’s most disadvantaged people.11
Ace Sure’s partnership with Meals of Happiness is active, practical, and ongoing. We are committed to supporting MOH’s mission through financial contributions, volunteer participation, and organisational resources — bringing the strength of our company, our people, and our professional networks to the fight against hunger in India.
As part of our CSR programme, Ace Sure organises monthly community camps in partnership with MOH — events where our team members participate directly in food distribution activities, engaging hands-on with the communities MOH serves. These camps are not just a contribution of resources — they are an expression of our company culture and a reminder to everyone at Ace Sure of why the work we do matters beyond the inspection reports we write and the supply chains we protect.
We also actively encourage our clients, suppliers, and business partners to learn more about Meals of Happiness and to consider supporting their work — whether through financial donations, in-kind contributions, or volunteer involvement. Every contribution, however small, helps MOH feed more families and move closer to their vision of a hunger-free India.
Ace Sure’s commitment to social responsibility extends to our own internal operations and business practices. As an SA 8000 certified company, we hold ourselves to the same ethical labour standards that we assess in our clients’ supply chains — ensuring fair wages, safe working conditions, non-discrimination, and the protection of workers’ rights throughout our own organisation.
We believe that a company committed to helping its clients achieve ethical sourcing must itself model the ethical practices it promotes. Our SA 8000 certification is a reflection of this commitment — a documented, externally audited assurance that Ace Sure’s own employment practices meet the highest international social accountability standards.
At Ace Sure, we are building a business that we can be genuinely proud of — not just because of the quality of our inspection services or the growth of our client base, but because of the values that guide every decision we make and the contribution we make to the world around us.
We invite our clients, partners, and the broader sourcing and quality management community to join us in this commitment. Whether by engaging Ace Sure for your quality control and assurance needs, supporting Meals of Happiness, or simply bringing greater awareness and intentionality to the social impact of your own supply chain decisions — together, we can make global sourcing a force for good.
