We have developed an end-to-end sample review service for softlines and hardlines; from getting your first prototype developed with your suppliers, validating your final sample before production and dispatching shipment samples that represent your company’s quality standard.

Our specialized technicians work onsite with the respective factory to ensure first samples are being manufactured to customers exact specifications and is properly signed-off so you know bulk production will start on the right track. 
Having a complete sample review plan is the key to launching a new product or product line for your business.

ASIS helps clients in reviewing different samples at different stages of production. This ensures that the correct product is being developed and produced by the supplier.

For the sampling, we normally perform:

1. First Proto Samples: These are Initial development sample based on technical design, pantone, fabric, CAD, etc as per customers requirement. The customers review these samples to finalize order quantity and release the PO. If any rework is required, a revised sample is arranged for customer.
2. Workmanship Samples: These samples show the final workmanship/stitching/hemming/ quality/shape/size/look, etc in which the final production is carried out. Any comments received will be worked upon and incorporated further.
3. Pre Production Samples: These are the samples developed before the bulk production is started. All the comments received in initial samples and workmanship samples will be incorporated in the pre production samples so that customer can have a final look of the product.
4. Photo shoot samples: These are arranged for customer in case they need to perform photoshoot for the ordered items. These items need to be in perfect colors and sizes and are used for marketing and PR purposes as well.
5. Shipment samples: Shipment samples are from bulk production with final packing and artworks to be used on the product. These samples will have all the labels which will be used in bulk production.
